A social media presence is essential for any business working in the 21st century.

Impact Online will help you identify the right channels and create a strategy; train you and your staff how to manage them and even take over the updating and monitoring for you, if you feel you don’t have time.

COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SERVICES SCOTLAND

Graeme Love, partner in CES (Scotland), wanted to start using Twitter for his business. I gave him some basic training, helped him to set up the account and find followers and within the week he had four enquiries, three of which turned into jobs. He then decided to redevelop his website and has booked more advanced training for when the new site is live.

ARRAN ADVENTURE, ARRAN

This outdoor adventure company wanted to use Facebook more effectively and begin using Twitter to engage with visitors to the island and build better relationships with customers. Impact Online delivered three training sessions to various staff members and helped the company to write a social media strategy.

VRONI’S, BOOLY MARDY’S, BLUE DOG & VODKA WODKA

The owner/co-owner of these licensed premises asked me in 2008 to set up Facebook and Twitter pages for the venues. I built large, engaged audiences for these companies before handing control back to the managers. They then had thousands of fans/followers to whom they could promote special offers and who they could invite to special events. They also had a valuable channel for feedback.

    Hi Kim,

My name is Mark Tracey and I am now the new owner of Booly Mardys. I have spoken to the existing management and they said you gave the bar a much more convincing social media presence than what we currently have. I would be very interested in having a conversation with you about potentially picking up where you left off.

    Kind Regards,

    Mark
