A blue run

The problem with discovering I run better with people to chat to, is that I’m now a bit lonely and bored running on my own.

If it weren’t for Janathon I doubt I would have run this morning. I was knackered after our four hour drive home last night through the torrential rain (concentrating on driving is surprisingly tiring) and the house was in uproar. I would rather have unpacked and got the washing on before starting work than run. But run I did. Just 20 mins. It was fine. That’s all I really have to say about it.

For the first time my morning run didn’t put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. I’m not grumpy or anything, just kind of neutral. I think I need a new challenge. You know, cos life isn’t crazy enough.

no wonder I'm bored with my usual running route when this is where I was running yesterday!

Challenges within challenges are good, stops you getting bored! Can you do a gym class you haven’t done before or something? Swim? PJ plank?

Yes, I think I will do all of these things. Starting with the PJ plank, tonight!
